Do I need a subscription?
No. Every Locke Direct product is a one-time purchase. You pay once for the document you need — no recurring charges, no subscription required.
What file formats do I receive?
Every paid product includes PDF and DOCX downloads. PDFs are formatted for court and professional use. DOCX files are editable in Microsoft Word and LibreOffice.
Is my information stored?
Locke Direct is designed with a privacy-first architecture. Questionnaire answers are transmitted only for server-side document assembly and are not sent to analytics providers. Completed document text is not retained on Locke Direct servers. Read our privacy policy for details.
Can I edit the document after download?
Yes. The DOCX file is fully editable. Each purchase also includes a set number of revisions — you can return to your questionnaire, adjust answers, and regenerate the document within your revision allowance.
Are state-specific versions available?
Guided products collect the governing state and apply the formalities and execution guidance available for that product. Self-guided forms include state selection for form structure. Locke Direct is a nationwide platform — state choice is part of the document workflow, not a separate state-only product line.
